Meet Our Founders

Sam Suzuki, MS, DBA(ABD)

Based in Dallas, Texas, Sam brings over 38 years of expertise in real estate finance and development.

As CEO and Co-Founder of SIRE Group and Sperry RE Capital, Sam leads in sustainable real estate development, financing, and investment.

Former CEO of the $500 million Vintage Group, LLC, Sam focused on value-add acquisitions, development, and investment opportunities.

An experienced educator, he teaches real estate development at the New York Real Estate Institute and lectures at NYU’s Schack Real Estate Institute and Baruch College.

In addition, Co-Founded the first masters program for 3D Printing Real Estate Development at University of Texas – Arlington

Sam is an active leader in the industry, serving on the FIABCI NYC Board of Directors and as Committee Chairman for FIABCI USA’s commercial division.

AREAA Manhattan Advisor, AREAA DFW Commercial Chairman 2025, ICSC Mentor, LAI Member, and ULI Member

Academically accomplished, he holds a master’s degree in finance from Liberty University, a BBA in finance from Pace University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in 3D Printing Construction at Liberty University.

Reynaldo Santana MS, DBA(ABD)

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Reynaldo brings over a decade of experience in the PropTech industry.

He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, specializing in 3D Printing Construction

In addition to his business ventures, Reynaldo is the President and founder of ESG Housing Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to building affordable, sustainable, and self-sufficient communities worldwide.

Serves on several PropTech advisory boards and on an ACI committee focused on 3D printing.
